Too many calories: Unless you have a peanut allergy, the only negative effect you can have from eating too much peanut butter is gaining weight. Peanut butter is a very calorie dense food and eating a lot of it is sure to make you gain weight. The same can be said for bread. If you have no problems with gluten, bread can be eaten with impunity. Bread's carbohydrates that can make it easy to gain weight, fat weight.
