Right upper pain: Abdominal discomfort only with motion suggests a muscular cause such as chronic strain or inflammation. Other possibilities include adhesions from your prior surgery, a small hernia around the incision, but less likely would be liver disease, stones in bile ducts. See an abdominal surgeon if symptoms persist.
