GetThisCheckedOut: I'd usually have more questions for you, but based on what you've said, I'd suggest going to an Urgent Care or ER for an exam and, probably, a chest X-Ray to check for misplaced air or inflammation of the lung lining or something else, plus hopefully something else to help the pain- and set your breathing straight.So, put that cigarette down, put the chips and beer back in the fridge and get going
