Get an Ultrasound: http://www.ajandrology.com/preprintarticle.asp?id=169985 : "peri-procedural pain for up to 10 days. While a few studies have reported a 3%-3.7% incidence of epididymitis with embolization and one group reported a 10% risk of hematoma, multiple studies have demonstrated 0% risk of developing chronic scrotal pain." I had minor discomfort for a week. Suggest diagnostic ultrasound now to be safe.
