Had an orchiopexy 6 days ago for what was supposedly intermittent torsion but now i think it was varicocele. if it was varicocele is that going to affect my testicles considering they are healing from an orchiopexy. they still swollen and mild pain?

There is no 'supposedly' in a surgical diagnosis- you either had it or did not. If you had a varicocele your Urologist would have found it and told you about it. Orchiopexy does not affect varicocele. Your symptoms might be from the surgery If they persist pl see yor surgeon. In the meantime wear a good support underwear and use local heat (over some clothing/dressing. Hope you do well
