My child is 5mths and 16 days old, she's spiked a small fever that's not going away on it's own. is it okay to give infants ibuprofen?

Fever: The issue really is not which fever reducer is ok to use. A baby of that age should not be treated for a fever that won't go away without knowing why? Have her evaluated by a pediatrician. :)
