Casey has had a fever for several days and now has a raspy cough. we give him children's advil (ibuprofen). his temperature is around 100 and he is lethargic. ?

Needs evaluation : Any child who is acting lethargic needs to be evaluated in person by a physician as soon as possible. Please call your pediatrician and see if you can get an appointment now. If not, you can go to a local urgent care center, or ER.

See doctor: Casey seems to be having viral infection causing low grade fever and raspy cough You may not give advil (ibuprofen) if the temperature does not go above 100 .As he is having fever for several days ,cough and being lethargic , better get him checked by your doctor and have him treated
