2 days ago i had a root extraction. due to a abscess i had on my gum from a tooth with had broken in my root. when will i heal my face is swollen?

It takes time...: You had an infection (and may still have one). You also had a minor surgical procedure to extract that root. Are you on antibiotics? What's your age? Any medical conditions? How difficult was the extraction? Call your surgeon for further guidance.
