Go to the dentist: Worsening swelling is concerning after 2d of antibiotics. You need to have the abscess drained. Go back to see your dentist. You can use tylenol (acetaminophen) for the pain until you see the dentist.

See a dentist: Are you being treated by a dentist, or are you self medicating? You do understand that antibiotics to not fix rotten teeth.. they only help manage an infection. It is often necessary to drain the abscess or open up the tooth to help healing. Please call for an appointment.

Suggest that you see a root canal specialist, an Endodontist, or an Oral Surgeon, for immediate care. Continue taking the penicillin, bet seek immediate specialty care.
