Ortho foot & ankle : You need to visit an orthopaedic foot and ankle specialist for advice. Unclear if a bony abnormality or injury caused your varus /versus congenital problem. The hypermobile (flatfoot ?)you may be referring to is a long term problem however there are exercises and orthotics that an expert may recommend maybe even reconstruction but the expert can tell you. Sesamoid not likely a problem Good luck.

See a specialist: The examination of these problems requires specialty examination. If you are under the care of one now, ask for recommendations for healing. Follow those guidelines made. Otherwise, see a board certified foot and ankle surgeon (Podiatric or Orthopedic F&A).

Oh sesamoid.: Specifically, what is it that you are trying to recover from? I'm not sure if it is the sesamoid.

Orthotic or brace: You would certainly want to follow the doctors recommendations carefully. If the structural abnormality contributed to the fracture, usually an orthotic, a brace, or a cast will be used to protect the fracture as it heals.
