Very low: Lymph nodes can normally be up to 1cm in size especially in the context of frequent infections (being a child). A doc will also use texture, location and tenderness to consider the likelihood of something worrisome, but in an otherwise healthy patient removing a 1cm lymph node without more alarming characteristics would offer little to no potential benefit to offset the harm done by the biopsy.

Rare in kids: That diagnosis is at the far bottom of my list in kids but makes a move up after puberty. You don't list the kids age in your question, but from your listed age I assume it is under 10, if not younger. It sounds like you have done all the right things and are being followed by someone with skill. Relax and enjoy her childhood, this is likely nothing.
