Need: More evaluation. CT scan of the chest. Evaluation of chronic infections. Any weight loss. Tested for TB. Sputum afb stain and culture. May need spirometer.

Mgt: You may have a condition called bronchiectasis. I would suggest sputum cultures, TB testing, A sweat chloride test to rule out CF, and another chest radiograph. Other conditions to consider include immune problems. A virtual appointment may be booked online to review your records.
