Needs Follow Up: Since you are being treated by your doctor with antibiotics and cough medicine you have to continur the treatment and follow up with your doctor chest infection may mean bronchitis or pnumonia.What is of more concern is difficulty in breathing as you have clear mucus which may suggest the infection is getting better follow up with your doctor for difficulty in breathing if it persist.Do not smoke.
