Depends on situation: if you were walking up stairs heart rate too high for someone your age. If running up the stairs the rate likely indicates lack of fitness. In mitral valve prolapse (sagging valve leaf) not uncommon to get extra beats nor is it uncommon for a young person to have extra beats. Either wearing a monitor or doing a treadmill test would clarify the issue see your MD. Suspect this is not a danger to you
