Consult dentist or:: While a retainer seems simple, how it fits can have a big effect on your entire health via affecting your cranial structure.I have patients with chronic pain who experience profound changes with subtle adjustments of their retainer.I'd either see your dentist to make sure it fits well or consult a cranial osteopath who may better be able to tell if it's a good fit. No: Retainer didn't change, your teeth did. Return to your Orthodontist to make sure retainer will do no harm. It may need to be adjusted or replaced.
