Retainer: your teeth may have shifted or moved in the months when you did not wear your retainer. You will need to talk to yourparentsandsee your orthodontist ASAP before there are worses changes in your teeth. Do not put this off. Do it today.

See Orthodontist: Retainers didn't change. Your teeth did. Before this gets any worse call your Orthodontist. You may need retainer adjustment, new retainers, or retreatment. Don't delay or problem will get worse.

Maybe...: This, unfortunately happens alot. Sometimes, if your teeth actually settled in a more stable position your doctor can adjust your retainers to fit this better alignment. More likely your teeth moved in a bad way and you will need a new retainer to get you back into a good alignment.
