I want to know if it is bad mix topiramate 50 mg and 50 mg of tramadol for a day,because i take every day topiramate and tramadol is toothache one day?

Not recommended: while you are using topiramate. Only your doctor will advise you whether or not to take tramadol or if you need to adjust the dose in your individual case. Take NSAIDs or Tylenol (acetaminophen) OTC and see your dentist tomorrow morning.
