I have to get cotinine/nicotine out of my system for a drug test that is work related. how long until it's out of my system? can i help flush it out?

Forgive my frankness: Flushes do not work. You can lie and claim that a low level is passive smoke. Or you can be honest and get in a program to stop for real. The latter will save your life and health. Go for it.

Takes longer for heavy use. Detox doesn't work.
