I have a bllod test for nicotine and cotinine wednesday 11/22/2017. can i pass it with now smoking for 2 days?

Nicotine: Nicotine will not be detected in a blood test after not smoking for 3-4 days. Cotinine is not detectable after 1-10 days. Neither will be detectable in urine tests after 4 days.
