How do i pass a nicotine/cotinine test after stopping smoking for one week?

You already have: cotinine, the main metabolite of nicotine, is pretty much gone from blood in 2-3 days, and from urine in 3-4 days, and nothing should be detectable after a week. If they are doing hair follicle tests, however, nicotine use can be detected going back several months.
