Hydrocele surgery 6mo ago. testicle bigger than other. if it does not glow with transillumination test, is it just healing,or did hydcle return?

Hydrocele repair: After the surgeon has emptied the fluid filled sac, if he then carefully ties off the end connecting it to your abdominal cavity and cuts it out and discards it then it cannot refill. However, if he just tied a suture around the top (like a laundry bag) then there is a theoretical risk o refilling. You have to see the operative report, written after each operation, and it tells what he did.
