Complicated problem: There are many possibilities here. If you have not had an eye exam recently, it may be that you need glasses even if you feel you are seeing well. If you are spending more than 6 hours/day in front of computer, or if you are not getting enough breaks or rest/sleep, or if you have some allergies, or if you are not maintaining good hygiene around your eyes--all of these might be impacting you.
