Possible SInusitis: What may have started as a viral upper respiratory tract infection or head cold May have gone on to a paranasal sinus infection and could require a course of antibiotics to clear it up. I recommend that you have an examination by your physician for proper diagnosis and treatment. In the meantime try warm salt water nasal irrigations and take Tylenol (acetaminophen).
