B-blocker not reason: Constellation of symptoms consistent with migraine headaches. If b-blockers were started then, stopped these symptoms wouldn't be expected to have persisted. There are also metabolic reasons for migraine headaches such as low thyroid or low cortisol function. Labs done? Please don't try multiple rounds of antibiotics for sinus problems or get surgeries to drill holes in them. Not expected to work.
