Occasionally the rupture is preceded by 1-2 weeks of increasingly severe headache as the aneurysm expands prior to rupture. Because of the above, headache for two months is unlikely to be due to an aneurysm. Especially if you have had similar headaches in the past. Eye pain and fatigue are not symptoms of aneurysm. Get eye check also: You should probably have your eyes checked as well in case you need glasses and are overworking your eye muscles to compensate. Good luck!
