You need to...: ... keep gong back and working with your doctor until you have an answer. The most worrisome thing is that you have multiple symptoms that are localized to the same area: the left side of your head. In my opinion, MR imaging should be done. Excluding some type of growth or blood vessel problem in this part of your head is important. Good wishes:)
