Metabolic causes include low Magnesium, an evaluation by your Cardiologist is indicated. Discuss the possibility of pulmonary hypertension, need for oxygen therapy and a diuretic. Monitor your BP, screen for COVID 19 and keep all vaccinations current. Physical therapy and Pulmonary rehab may improve overall condition.

Hello I have been having problems with sleeping, peeing a lot lately, lots of fatigue, muscle weakness, heart racing, chest pains, shakiness, pain in back sides and a burning sensation there too??
Woke up last night with tingling in left arm and numbness & racing heart with panic attack. Now have tingling in toes on left leg & left arm. Haven't been sleeping well for nearly a week. Also, shortness of breath when I talk at times.
Headache and pressure with liquid feeling in head, difficulty thinking clearly, weakness in arms/legs, shortness of breath, chestpain. Ok heart tests.
Why am I so weak? Out of breath easily, legs and arms are very weak, and hard to walk without a fast heart rate. Blood pressure ok. Can barely eat but eating as best as I can. Is this heart or anxiety?
