Widespread quick muscle twitches for two months. i had an emg on my legs - normal. past few days i've had stomach twitches lasting 6 hrs. also benign?

You need further: studies. These are mostly blood tests including Calcium, Magnesium, and electrolytes. Muscle enzyme testing (more expensive) should also be considered BUT THESE TESTS must be accompanied buy a COMPLETE NEUROLOGIC EXAMINATION by a BOARD CERTIFIED NEUROLOGIST!
