I had emg because of muscle twitching and strange swallowing issues - including food going up the nose and trouble initiating swallow. The emg only test three muscles (my thenar, my quad and my upper trapezius) all were normal. Worried about als?

Thigh muscles ache/twitch after flu shot 4 days ago. Took blood labs no abnormalities. Neuro test reflexes/strength successfully. Told to rest legs and drink plenty of fluids, in 2 weeks emg. Opinions?
Why are muscles on my legs, stomach, and mostly above the ear twitching? There is no pain but it happens so much it is worrying.
