No: Luckily your baby has a strong immune system. Also any ingested bacteria will be annihilated once they hit your baby's stomach in that toxic acidic environment. See your physician and be sure you are on the appropriate antibiotic to treat the infection.

Maybe: I doubt the infection can travel to your breast milk, but if you are taking antibiotics consider switching to formula until you are done taking them

Unlikely, see DDS: You can't pass your infection to your baby by nursing, but you should see a dentist to remove infected wisdom tooth. .
