Wisdom Tooth: swelling after 3 months of wisdom tooth extraction can be from different causes, chronic infection is one cause as infection can spread in different directions, and can cause osteomyelitis of the bone. Also there can be infection in another tooth or periodontal abscess formation. There can possibly be swelling form other causes not related to the teeth medical review is required

Without: Without examination and possibly x-rays we cannot diagnose your specific problem. Best thing is to return to the Dentist or specialist Oral Surgeon that did the extractions. That's the Doctor that knows you best. Additional treatment or referral may be in order.

Unknown: Your condition may or may not be related to your wisdom tooth extraction. Why not seek the advice of the surgeon who extracted your teeth? They will know best if it's related to your prior care of it is a new issue.
