Wisdom tooth : If the swelling is getting worse you need to contact the extracting dentist ASAP and get this checked. While some amount of swelling can still be present a week after wisdom tooth extraction, it should be decreasing as things heal. In your case it is increasing so you may have an infection that needs treatment.
