See a pediatrician: who will evaluate your son for obesity-related disorders, refer him to a nutritionist & to all needed pediatric sub-specialists Limit your son's TOTAL "screen time" to a max of 2hrs./day, provide exercise at least 1 hr./day, serve him 3 balanced meals & 2 scheduled snacks/day only at the dining table & don't allow soda or junk food in your home.
