I, : I, too, am not too concerned. Every child has a different eruption pattern, and your daughter may just be a "late bloomer". There really is nothing much you can do other than to wait for the teeth to start erupting naturally.

As : As stated by dr.Theodore davantzis, you shouldn't be too concerned about your child's teeth eruption, but a visit to a pediatric dentist for a panoramic x-ray would definitively make you feel comfortable, and remove any bad suspicion you may have. Good luck!

A little late: But not unusual. 1st of the 20 baby teeth starts to erupt between 6-18 months on average. Your child probably just needs tincture of time. Might be good idea for you to make an appt w a pediatric dental specialist who is trained in cranio-facial growth and development, for the same reasons you see a pediatrician. By the way, 1st orthodontic cm-up age 7.

It is not....: Unusual to have the first tooth appear after age 1. If you are concerned in any way you should schedule an appt with a dentist and have them perform an examination on your daughter. Best of luck.
