Bit tiny: His weight is below 5th percentile and height is at 10th percentile, what matters more though is his pattern of growth: was he steadily growing then slowed down? That necessitates looking at previous measures of weight, height and head circumference, to monitor his growth velocity. At any rate he needs evaluation by his pediatrician/pediatric endocrinologist, check thyroid and GH functions,
