Wrong diagnosis: Nose bleeding is not caused by eating chocolate the day before or any time. Nose bleeding is not caused by fatigue. How old is she? Any other bleeding? Any meds or herbs? Any nose spray? How much blood for how long? For help with this see a nose Dr. (ENT). Meanwhile she can use a little vaseline or Aquaphor inside her nose twice a day.
