My daughter is having daily nose bleed, can i take her to a doctor first or can i take her directly to an ent?

Heavy breathing in sports, hot or cold air, allergies, nose-picking, colds, a toy in the nose, etc... are some of the causes. She who bleeds "too often" or "too long" can have her blood checked to see if her blood clots too slowly.
