Bloody nose: She is coughing up blood which she has aspirated from her nose. Stop the bleeding in her nose with compression, then apply saline gel to her nostrils. The bleeding is due to dryness in her nasal passages which have eroded her small nasal blood vessels causing the bleeding. Use a vaporizer at night for moisture.
