For the past two days now my adams apple has been sore not my throat and i dont have trouble swallowing just the area where my adams apple is what could be the cause?

Neck pain: The Adams apple is cartilage, but surrounding it in the same area is the thyroid. A sore/tender thyroid maay be thyroiditis. Thyroiditis can make you hyperthyroid transiently, but usually gets better on its own. Talk to your doctor.
