Sore throat post sex: May be infection, should get checked for STDs including gonorrhea- .Gargle with salt water 1 teaspoon in glass water 3 x a day and follow up w/ doc for throat culture/swab including gonorrhea/chlamydia.Consider treatmetn with zithromax 4 tabs if not allergic Also consider the HPV vaccine f/u with doc

Exam and culture: if unprotected get a throat swab for gonorrhea and chlamydia. If from rough oral sex: consider alternative oral techniques or communicate discomfort. Try going VERY SLOW and check out your comfort with different depths of oral penetration: condoms are always a good idea.
