More than Allergies: 34 year old male had, 'Bad allergies 2 weeks ago. Now neck/ throat tender, hurt, on& off Fever, headache,random ear discomfort. Most likely infection with some harmful bacteria. The signs & symptoms are more than allergies alone or even a viral cold. Best see M.D for proper evaluation and treatment.
