Sacral nerves?: What your describing is a lack of innervation from a lower area of the spine, that controls the sensation and motor function of lower parts of your body. I suggest you go to a neurologist to see what area of the spine is causing the numbness and lack of functioning you are experiencing. Its possible these changes are temporary, but please go get evaluated and treated as soon as possible.
