Fully developed: Your uterus should be fully developed since you have gone through puberty and are having periods. Girls can have irregular periods for a year or two after starting their periods. Your uterus is still working normally and it is still possible to get pregnant even though your cycles are irregular. If you have more specific concerns about your cycles, please talk to your doctor.
