Hmmm...: There are no pregnancy signs 4 days after ovulation (if the egg was fertilized, the body doesn't know it yet, as the egg is just a few cells and floating downstream). If one is having pregnancy signs, they would be from a pregnancy created earlier, such as last month or the month before.
