Wait: Does sound like anything serious but post ovulation changes due to progesterone. If it becomes painful where meds are required to control the pain or the symptoms are prolonged then seek medical attention.

Every month, around the time when I ovulate, my breasts start getting tender and swollen. This continues until day 1 of my next cycle. I also experience pain at the beginning of intercourse, but it goes away after a minute or so.
