I am 45, no period , no uterus, so cant be pregnant, but my breast have been in a lot of pain for the last 7 -10 days ! i cant even touch them they hurt so bad.. im scared?

At age "45", the "attempt" of the pituitary to force ovulation from aging ovaries results in higher estrogen production which can increase fibrocystic disease in breast tissue, causing consequently increased discomfort.
