Would it be considered healthy to eat two to four fried eggs just about every day of the year?

Not healthy!: During cooking yolk is exposed to high temperatures which converts all the cholesterol to cholesterol oxide, high risk for atherosclerosis & blocking of arteries. Boiled or poached would be preferable. Eggs are a good source of high quality protein, lutein, choline & other micro nutrients. Egg got a bad wrap by the ignorant Press!
Created for people with ongoing healthcare needs but benefits everyone.
