Not healthy!: During cooking yolk is exposed to high temperatures which converts all the cholesterol to cholesterol oxide,high risk for atherosclerosis & blocking of arteries.
Boiled or poached would be preferable.
Eggs are a good source of high quality protein,lutein, choline & other micro nutrients.
Egg got a bad wrap by the ignorant Press!
