How much would 400 mg of tegretol lower 100 mg of seroquel (quetiapine)...and would the seroquel (quetiapine) raise/lower the tegretol?

It may lower: Tegretol or carbamazepine, is an hepatic enzyme inducer, what means it makes other meds to be metabolized faster and therefore we'll see lower levels of them. There is oxcarbazepine or "trileptal" which it wan't affect other meds levels so significantly.
