Atenolol: 1st choice: With complex metabolic profiles of your psych meds, atenolol presents lesser risk of drug interactions. The interaction of carbamazepine and fluvoxamine make it unpredictable whether there would be sufficient 2D6 inhibition by fluvoxamine to inhibit bystolic (nebivolol) metabolism which is dependent on fluvoxamine-carbamazeine 1A2 interactions. There are genetic tests for these risks.
