Not according to pkg: While in 2% of patients in one study Seroquel (quetiapine) decreased libido (sexual desire) but it does not say if this is due to lower testosterone levels). I cannot find a good webpage reporting any effects of Seroquel (quetiapine) on testosterone levels. Here" a chart

Seroquel: I have not seen reports linking seroquel to changes in testosterone levels.
