Depends: Raised liver enzymes may be attributable to a number of causes and drugs. Staying on this drug must be determined by you and your physician. The amount of "raise" over normal is key to making this determination. A small increase may not be a cause for alarm.

Agree with Dr. W.: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, if you drink alcohol, stop entirely, if you are overweight, lose weight. Wish you good health!
